If replacement parts are necessary, we will contact you beforehand. Otherwise, the repair will proceed without further notice.
Additionally, we provide an optional, convenient collect and return service. If you prefer, we can pick up your faulty device, fix it with utmost care, and return it to you. Please note that there is an additional fee for this service. Contact us to arrange collection if needed.
If your laptop’s hard drive is faulty or the operating system requires rebuilding/reinstalling, and you require data recovery, additional charges for extra services may apply.
