Payment is only required upon completion of your Apple Mac repair.
Please note that a free quote is provided if you proceed with the Apple Mac repair only. However, a £59 charge will be applied for the initial assessment if you choose not to proceed (covering the time spent diagnosing the fault).
Typically, Mac repairs are completed within 1-3 working days. In cases where parts need to be ordered, the repair may take longer. Rest assured, we will keep you updated on the timeline.
If replacement parts are necessary, we will contact you beforehand. Otherwise, the repair will proceed without further notice.
Additionally, we provide an optional, convenient collect and return service. If you prefer, we can pick up your faulty device, fix it with utmost care, and return it to you. Please note that there is an additional fee for this service. Contact us to arrange collection if needed.
If your Mac’s hard drive is faulty or the operating system requires rebuilding/reinstalling, and you require data recovery, additional charges for extra services may apply.

My laptop had a problem with a broken charging point. I initially completed the " Get a quote " form. I received a quote very quickly asking me to take the laptop to the shop on Ashley Road. I agreed to leave the laptop for assessment which would take 3 to 5 days. I received an e-mail after 3 days telling me the issues and a price for the repair which I agreed to.
