Your Role:
As a Computer Repair Technician at our company, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include hardware and software repairs, handling shop sales, managing the shop, and reporting directly to our Managing Director on weekly sales.
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively converse with customers in plain language.
- Proficiency in repairing a range of devices, including iPads, tablets, iPhones, smartphones, MacBooks, iMacs, and more.
- Skills in soldering and PCB reflow techniques.
- Expertise in low-level motherboard diagnosis and repairs.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware-based issues such as faulty RAM, GPU, CPU, and hard disk.
- Experience in virus/malware/adware removals.
- Proficiency in PC and Mac repairs and upgrades, including RAM, SSD, and operating system installations.
- Capability to disassemble and reassemble iMacs, including the latest sealed models.
- Offer remote support to home and business users.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in repairing smartphones, tablets, MacBook’s, and PCs.
- A strong passion for technology with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Salary: £13,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Troubleshooting Windows 7/8/10/11 Experience: 2 Years
Setting up and managing M365 Experience: 2 Years
Networking Experience: 2 Years
iPad Repair Experience: 2 Years
iPhone Repair Experience: 2 Years

Mac Repairs Experience: 2 Years
